In Qigong While Travelling Video Course you will learn simple set of exercises, that you will be able to grasp even without the help of instructor. You will also learn some exercises that you can do while sitting and massages that will help you in the situations that frequently happen during travelling trips. We have also dedicated some time to practical useful tips about the importance of
hydration and how you can alleviate eventual nausea, nervousness, poor digestion…
This Course is overall visual, informative and clear about the topic. Our goal was to put together one course that could help all people, who like to feel harmonious and supported by inner resources even when they are not at home.
Warm up and Standing Qigong exercises
The main part of the video course is a sequence of 10 Qigong exercises that will you be able to grasp even without the help of instructor or teacher. In this part of the course are included also exercises for loosening and warming up joints of legs, hips and shoulders, arms and neck.
These Qigong exercises will help you to promote the Qi circulation in the body, establish a peaceful and harmonious energy field around you and therefore help the protecting Qi do its work.
These are stationary exercises and to practice them you don’t need a lot of space.
Sitting exercises
In our modern time going somewhere is usually connected with some kind of transportation. Unfortunately we are not able yet to transmit our physical body from one place to another in a moment as in a science-fiction movies. 🙂
We are often forced to sit in some vehicle and if the distance is long we are forced to sit for a long time. This can be quite challenging for our body and mind. Because of sitting a blood and lymph circulation start to be obstructed and we might start to feel uncomfortable, tense and maybe without
energy.
Therefore a part of this video course is dedicated to Qigong exercises that can be done in a sitting position (in a plane, train, bus…) in order to maintain functions of our body as normal as possible.
These exercises are useful also for people who spend every day a lot of time on a plane, train or bus while going to work.
If you want to really benefit from these exercises we recommend you that you learn and practice them when you are still at home. In this way you will easily incorporate these routine in new circumstances and situations while on the way.
